Cancellation & Returns
We adhere to distance selling regulations applicable in the United Kingdom. You can cancel your furniture by notifying us, in writing, before delivery or within 7 working days beginning with the day after the date of delivery.
Please refuse the delivery if the box or packaging looks damaged and contact us as soon as possible.
Once a delivery has been agreed with the courier then if no one is at home at the time then there may be a re-delivery charge of £75 + vat for each attempt (if we get invoiced by the courier company).
All items being returned are subject to a returns fee of 10%.
Should you wish to return the goods it is your responsibility to take good care of the furniture. You are the owner of the furniture once it has been delivered and you are liable for any loss or damage. We ask that the goods are returned in the original packaging such as to prevent damage while waiting to be returned and in transit.
It is your responsibility to return the items to us in good re-saleable condition and at your own cost. The collection cost is £90 with our courier.
Please allow one week after receipt of the items for us to credit your account. This is to allow us time to check and repack the items. We will refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
